* Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or regional/national public holidays.

### 2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

* **Metro Cities:** Delivery usually takes **3 to 5 Working Days**.

* **Rest of India & Rural Areas:** Delivery takes approximately **5 to 7 Working Days** depending on your exact location/pincode.

* *Note:* Delivery timelines might experience slight delays during peak festival seasons, extreme weather conditions, or unexpected courier carrier issues.

### 3. Shipping Rates & COD Charges

* **Standard Shipping:** We offer **Free Shipping** across India on all prepaid orders above ₹[ 499].

* **Cash on Delivery (COD):** A nominal COD handling fees[45] may apply to all Cash on Delivery orders to cover courier processing costs.

### 4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

* Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a SMS and Email containing your **Tracking Link** and **Tracking ID (AWB)**.

### 6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures

* Customers are requested to double-check their shipping address, landmark, and contact number before finalizing the order.

* If a package is returned to our warehouse (RTO) due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-availability of the receiver after 3 attempts, the customer will bear the re-shipping costs for the second delivery attempt.
